Let's start with the rules...
  1. You must be a fan of Komet Tails Designs.
  2. You must have an e-mail address.
  3. If you have a website, you must link to us using one of the codes/buttons below.
  4. You cannot have a long name/nickname such as "FlibbertyGibberty" and so on and so forth. If you do, I'll re-name you to "Fan".
  5. Be nice to your fellow fan.
